Talent Acquisition Department
Precision Roofing Exteriors is seeking a professional and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Department. This in-office role plays a vital part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, including Sales, Call Center, and Outreach.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities while representing Precision Roofing Exteriors’ brand and culture.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales, Call Center, and Outreach roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Represent Precision Roofing Exteriors’ culture and values throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or HR is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously, and familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems. Self-motivation and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000 per year
- Uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses
- Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) and paid time off
- In-office schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
